Norbert has carved out a 30 year career almost exclusively in the health and care sector which has seen him work in a variety of senior and executive leadership roles in Australia and Internationally. He is passionate about building a progressive service model that is client-centric and outcome-focussed providing seamlessly integrated multi-disciplinary services. He is committed to developing a contemporary approach to Health and Care solutions with a strong focus on enablement, independence and clients controlling their health journey.
Group Chief Finance Officer
Stuart has had a varied finance career working in the government regulatory sector, multinational service organisations as well as the past decade in the Aged Care. Stuart is committed to understanding a service based business and aligning the financial performance with great client outcomes. He is experienced in establishing an appropriate governance framework that provides quality controls in a dynamic, mobile environment. Additionally, Stuart has extensive experience in creating meaningful business scale through acquisitions to drive client benefits through improved productivity, service excellence and broader scale innovation investments.

Jerome has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector leading small, medium, large, and multi-national businesses through technology based transformations. Jerome’s laser sharp focus is to guide the Enrich Health Group to achieve its mission of creating mobile, multidisciplinary, seamless and personalised Health & Care solutions to improve people’s ability to live the life they aspire.

Phillipa has over 12 years’ experience at COO and CEO level, leading growth and transformation, with a focus on clear strategy and direction, designing and building a strong and engaging culture, and developing and growing great leaders. She is passionate about simplifying businesses to make it as easy as possible for staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience and great outcomes. Phillipa has transformed businesses in health, aged care and education sectors, in New Zealand, Australia and UK.
Sue is the founder of Sue Mann Nursing and Community Care (SMNCC) and has been at the forefront of the industry since starting the business in 1984. Thirty years on, guided by Sue’s inspired leadership and pioneering vision, the Sue Mann team has provided the highest quality of care to thousands of clients all over the Central Coast, Hunter, and now in Sydney. Sue’s greatest reward is making a difference in people’s lives and giving them the opportunity to remain living in their homes.
Andrew Mann entered the business in 2004 and is now Managing Director and plays a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding his mother’s vision of accessible and professional community-based care. Andrew drives business development and has introduced sophisticated systems and processes across the organisation while maintaining the same commitment to clients. Andrew is a member of the LASA NSW Member Advisory Committee.
